Lloyds Banking Group is the largest retail bank in the UK with brands including Lloyds TSB, Halifax and Bank of Scotland.
Our 3-year Framework with Lloyds Banking Group requires us to carry out fitout solutions across their Retail and Office network. Projects include a number of Lloyds Banking Group brands including Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB Retail and a variety of Lloyds Banking Group Commercial Offices.

Recent and current schemes include:

Dean Clough Office Fitout, Halifax
Fit out of office space within a redeveloped mill complex, value circa £400k. This project had to be carried out within strict landlord's guidelines given that it was a Listed Building.

HBOS Branch Acquisitions, Liverpool
Conversion of empty units into new HBOS branches at Hunts Cross (£500k) and Heswell (£400k). These schemes completed on time, on budget and were handed over snag free.

Halifax Agency Decommissioning Schemes
84 former Halifax agencies across North of England & Norther Ireland, value £300k. Schemes were all completed over an 8-week duration.

Lloyds TSB & HBOS Acquisitions, Walkden
This consisted of 2 units, one for Lloyds and one for HBOS within the new Elsmere Shopping Centre, value £800k.

HBOS Refresh Rollouts
We are now in tranche 3 of the HBOS Refresh Rollout (22 branches to date) with average scheme values of £50k & £130k per branch. Works include full finishes renewal, service upgrades, new counters & installation of new ATM machines.

Teviot House, Edinburgh
This was a full upgrade of large ground floor office space including installation of new cooling, air conditioning ,lighting, data & furniture, circa £1.4m.

Lloyds Business As Usual UPS Upgrades
Complex electrical upgrades providing installation of new uninterrupted power supplies at Atlantic Quay Glasgow call centre (£500k) and Riverside House Sunderland (£400k).

Lloyds TSB IDM Rollout
Installation of Intelligent Deposit ATM Machines across network, approx 50 schemes to be carried out by us, value £20k per scheme.

Planned Maintenance Schemes
We have various schemes including a large re-roofing project at Lombard House Belfast £750k & schemes in Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

We have recently achieved a 'FLAWLESS DELIVERY' for the Halifax project completed in the Trafford Centre, Manchester.
