Bank of China CBRE - Chinese Visa Centre

The Chinese Visa Centre project comprised of the refurbishment of an existing office floor which had formerly been divided into two separate offices. The project required a fast turnaround to meet the client's timescales.  There was 1 week mobilisation to start on site and only 4 weeks to complete the works including the manufacture and installation of security counter positions. 

In addition, the refurbishment included:

• Division of air conditioning units between the two offices.
• Installation of new electrical services, floor boxes, phone lines & alarm systems.
• Installation of bespoke manufactured counters, reception desks and writing tables.
• Formation of a strong room to house the safe.
• Installation of new doors & ceiling tiles, decoration, flooring & glass partitions.
