Primark - Various Locations

Primark is an established fashion retailer with over 200 stores trading throughout Europe.  We have undertaken many major projects for Primark stores in the last three years.

For example, we have completed major refurbishments of live retail operations in Dundee, Bolton, Telford, Shrewsbury, Manchester, Scunthorpe and The Rock in Bury, each valued at circa £3m. The Manchester project included a High Voltage substation and power upgrade.

Generally works included full remodelling of the stores, new flooring, partition layouts, lighting, ceilings, and perimeter panelling, new staff entrances, new display windows, lifts & escalators, and external signage.

These projects have been undertaken in occupied stores and required close working with the existing store management team.
