Tesco - Homeplus Newcraighall Edinburgh

Through our longstanding relationship with Tesco Stores, we were awarded a contract to deliver Tesco's first non-food store (Homeplus) in Scotland.

The scheme involved the creation of a 2-storey Home Store within an existing unit. This was a full Design and Build scheme.

The layout of the building was rotated 90° and works consisted of the installation of a new mezzanine floor, travelators, lifts (goods and public), new M&E installations and power upgrade, and a replacement shop front to one elevation. Works also included external packages, including the formation of a new car park layout, surfacing and white lining, new canopies and delivery bay.
