St Enoch Centre - Glasgow

We worked within this shopping
centre for 9 months, originally tasked
with the refurbishment of KFC and
the centre's management suite.

Works included the re-organisation of rooms
within the suite, toilet upgrades,
ceiling repairs and decoration. Since
then we were involved in
smaller projects including; hoardings,
enabling works, upgrading toilet
facilities and baby changing units and
minor electrical works on automatic
doors.

Operating within a live
shopping centre environment required
careful phasing, working behind
hoardings and critical works being
undertaken out of hours, liaising
with Centre management team and
existing shop tenants.
