Aegon UK Lytham HQ

This project at Aegon House in Lytham was for the internal refurbishment of a six floor multi lock building, carried out in multiple phases to create the HQ for Aegon UK. All works were successfully carried out in an operational environment incorporating 24 hour working. The building was fully occupied with over 3000 staff and the works were undertaken in phases with staff being relocated into temporary floors whilst the works were completed and then the next phase commencing in another area.
Throughout the project, the client's business needs changed, so in order to ensure minimal disruption to the operation, the programme of works were revised on several occasions changing our procurement and works plans to suit.
Works included:
• remodelling of floor plates
• redecoration throughout
• new kitchen and restaurant
• replacement of screens and windows
• external roof repairs
• new meeting & training rooms
