Merseyside Pension Fund - Cunard Building, Liverpool

This project was the complete demolition of an existing office and toilet area to then refurbish to form
a new open plan area for future letting out. The overall project was carried out over a period of five
weeks.

The existing doors were part of the original Graded II listed building and therefore had to be kept within the design of the brief. Hence, we had all the existing doors and frames carefully refurbished to bring them back to their former glory.
