Parkhead Housing Association, Helenvale Street

We were appointed in January 2010 to carry out the refurbishment and extension of Parkhead Housing Association's Head Office on Helenvale Street, Glasgow.

The works consisted of the general upgrade, reconfiguration and decoration of the existing premises including new entrance area and reception.

The main buildersworks concerned the two-storey extension to the rear of the existing building to expand the existing office floor area and create new meeting rooms, offices, boardroom and kitchen facilities. The steel frame and facing brick clad building was constructed to blend with the existing facades, with matching roof profiles and windows.

The premises were completed with high quality finishings and colourings to create a bright, modern and vibrant working environment.

Feature wall lining and the reception desk were designed, manufactured and installed by our Bespoke Joinery division.
