A £7.1m contract win - one of the largest fitout projects in Scotland
The fitout team at Morris & Spottiswood are delighted to announce their latest £7.1m tender win - one of the largest fitout projects in Scotland this year.
151/155 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, involves ten floors of interior and exterior refurbishment, including a new visionary copper entrance with level access from St Vincent Street.
"This is the type of project we specialise in, says Business Unit Director Mark Wanless, "The project involves the full strip out of the existing building including the M&E installation, followed by a full building service installation and interior fitout. The result will be ten floors of spectacular Grade ‘A' space that will enhance the office provision in Glasgow"
The project has now started and will run until June of next year.
