Excellent news for our Housing Division
Our new build apartments at Murano Street won the ‘Social Housing Development of the Year' at the 2011 Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards.
The award is designed to recognise the very best of the UK housing market and was won in conjunction with Queen's Cross Housing Association.
To win, we had to demonstrate high levels of technical competency in creating innovative and sustainable solutions on social housing developments. We also had to demonstrate an understanding of the specific requirements of the sector and the issues they can raise.
