This included the removal of structural and load bearing walls, floor slabs, full refurbishment of all finishes together with upgrading and refurbishment of all M&E systems including air conditioning and lighting. High level works were carried out in terms of external signage, window repairs and roof repairs in addition to internal high level works to ceilings and voids.
