We recently completed the refurbishment of Apex House on behalf of Scottish Youth Hostel Association. This project included the formation of 67 bedrooms (including 4 disabled rooms) over 3 floors complete with toilet and washing facilities.
A new kitchen, dining room, bistro, 2 seminar rooms, reception desk, internet stations and luggage lockers were installed on the ground floor.
Externally, the building benefited from new windows and doors, in addition to a glazed canopy.
