Audit Scotland

This project encompassed the
refurbishment of 5 floors of
existing live office space,
carried out in phases as to
allow the office to remain fully
functional at all times. Works
included the renewal of
kitchen and toilet facilities,
comms room, reception and
offices. The building benefited
from an M&E upgrade as well
as new flooring, partitions
and ceilings. In order to
ensure a high quality finish,
the office was decorated
throughout and furnished with
bespoke joinery from our in-house
workshop.
