Resident Liaison Officers
We employ a dedicated team of full time resident liaison officers to ensure our projects are delivered with minimal disruption and excellent standards of customer care.
It is their job to communicate with tenants, ensure they are happy with the work being carried out and deal with any queries they may have. They are the first point of contact for residents, and carry out home visits on a daily basis.
