Lean Management

Having previously participated in the “Lean Management Thinking” programme, the business recognised the performance improvements ‘lean’ could bring to our joinery manufacturing workshop.

‘Lean by doing’ techniques have highlighted areas of wastage and ultimately where lean improvements could be made. As a result manufacturing costs have reduced whilst capacity has increased.

Lean thinking is being rolled out to improve processes in our maintenance division.
