- With overall responsibility for the production of pre-tender and contract planning documents, the role will involve planning key phases of fitout projects in co-operation with the bid and contract teams. This responsibility will extend to all prospective projects including: assisting with the control of pre-tender drawing receipt and issue, and controlling the master programme management for tender process.
- Successful candidates will be educated to at least degree level in Construction Management (or equivalent), demonstrating a strong understanding of strategic planning issues.
- You should have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work in and interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- You will be conversant with the various forms of construction contract specifically with regard to contract performance and the duties contained therein.
- Ideally you will have worked within the fitout/refurbishment sector previously. You will also be a proficient user of PowerProject, CS Project.
- Please note that this position can be based in our Glasgow or Edinburgh office.

Site Supervisor, Glasgow

We are looking for a candidate with social housing experience to assist and support the site team in all activities to achieve the safe and timely delivery of quality projects.
- Previous experience as a Foreman is a must, as are good organisational skills, with the ability to communicate across the full project team.
- Candidates must hold the relevant Health & Safety qualifications and a valid CSCS card.
- IT literacy preferred, along with flexibility for working location and hours.
A full UK driving licence is required for all positions. A CSCS card is desirable.
