We have just completed a fantastic £1.5M fit out of this newly acquired property for the Royal Bank of Scotland to create a new NatWest Bank at Canary Wharf Crossrail Station. Works included the fit out of single floor base shell to form a new NW Branch with 24 hour automation lobby, new banking hall, consultation areas and all staff facilities. Bespoke feature installations included a bespoke mapping wall, aluminium feature fins, oak timber wall panelling & doors and LED lighting systems.
A spectacular achievement – our team completed the project within an incredible 6 weeks, condensing the original 12 week programme to make sure the project was completed on time and to a very high quality. The team excelled in managing the site, working closely with the Canary Wharf Management Team, Project Team and all suppliers to deliver a first class project!
Effective communication, tight programming & cost control, and contract supervision: there’s a real satisfaction in getting things done – and we do! Canary Wharf is a great example of this and Morris & Spottiswood’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Have a look at our time lapse video below of the work from beginning to end.
