At Morris & Spottiswood, we know that the expertise and experience of our staff is the thing that sets us apart from our competitors and which allows us to deliver the highest level of service. We are a family firm, and have been led successfully by three generations of the Morris family. Their commitment to supporting and training staff over many years is one of the key factors that has kept us at the forefront of our sector.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

We provide regular, on-going training to make sure that all of our staff are up-to-speed with the latest best practice. We invest in people from the earliest stages of their careers and have trained hundreds of apprentices in all key trades, including joiners, plumbers, electricians, engineers and floor layers. We also have a graduate programme and support our staff so that they can undertake further education. Many of our people have completed a BSc in subjects such as Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, while working for us. This extends right though the company with advanced leadership courses, alongside strategic courses for senior management at Salford University Business School.
