Artist in Residence
Each year Morris & Spottiswood sponsor an artist to carry out a residency project. These projects involve a varied selection of people from around the business in a creative way.
Most recently Noah Saterstrom, a graduate from the Glasgow School of Art and originally from Mississippi, USA, has worked with a group of employees to understand what their first memories were.
He produced a collection of inspirational artwork which is on display within our Manchester office and at the premises of our nominated charity the Lodging House Mission (A homeless centre in Glasgow).
Our artist in residence for 2007 is Jolomo-award winning Anna King. A graduate of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee, Anna specialises in alternative views of the Scottish landscape. Watch this space for details of the latest project!
