Airport Shut Down is a Flying Success…

Morris & Spottiswood recently completed works within Edinburgh Airport, refurbishing the International Arrivals toilets. Works were completed out of hours over 2 consecutive nights, and the co-ordination and communication with 16 different Airport departments including Border Force, Baggage Hall Managers and Edinburgh Airport I.T. A major element of this project was the change over of services. Morris & Spottiswood successfully shut down and re-instated the area in a reduced timescale, and with minimum disruption to airport operations during their busiest time of the year.

Edinburgh Airport were pleased with the works, their Project Manager stating: “Thanks for your patience in working with us to ensure this was completed successfully with no issues, it is much appreciated.”

A huge well done to John Blyth, Site Supervisor who co-ordinated the works and to Jon Mullaney, Electrician who carried out the electrical works.
