Morris & Spottiswood are excited to be sponsoring the new Designing for Health Orkidstudio project in Zambia.

The project aims to provide significantly improved healthcare facilities and services to isolated communities in Zambia's northwest region, on the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo. Established over 50 years ago, the Sachibondu Rural Health Centre provides critical care and support to tens of thousands of people from remote and isolated communities. Today, its team of incredible staff are still providing this care, however, the facilities are gradually falling into disrepair and are highly inadequate for safe medical practice. Their plan is to extensively renovate, rebuild and construct additional and greatly improved facilities for the health centre.

Last year we contributed to the costs of employing a team from the local community on the Bomnong L'or Project in Cambodia, which had a huge impact and enabled Orkidstudio to engage an even larger team. This project was such a success and we are thrilled to be part of this new project and look forward to seeing the final outcome.
