Liaison With Tenants And Adjoining Occupants:

For this project we appointed a dedicated Contracts Manager, whose role was to undertake regular meetings and ensure both the Client Project Manager and adjoining owners/tenants were constantly updated and involved in progress meetings regarding scope of work, expected programme of events and periods of noisy and disruptive working.

The Contractor Manager co-ordinated and facilitated access for Tenants and identified client direct shop fitters, providing a ‚tenant pack™ to all stakeholders for review and approval 14 days prior to site commencement.
