Describe a typical day in your current job

I start by responding to all my emails first, then if it is a Monday, I do all the weekly employees timesheets. If it is any other day of the week, I move onto processing invoices and credits, I also check the vendors statements against our system to check if they coincide. I record all the weekly employees holiday requests and log them onto the company portal, then update payroll on the new holidays. I keep records of all the vans and their drivers within the company and log the van inspections. I help out with any other tasks people ask me to do throughout the day and at times raise purchase orders. I do admin related duties as well.
