As Britvic’s preferred construction services supplier, we provide a comprehensive range of services to the company. We have been working on site at the company’s Rugby manufacturing facility since 2017. The overall objective is to maximise the output capacity of the facility by increasing the number of production lines and building new on-site warehousing facilities. This improvement work is part of major transformational change at Britvic which will enable the company to enhance its capability and flexibility and introduce further innovations across its product range.

"M&S have played a major part in helping us deliver one of the most transformational projects ever undertaken within the soft drinks industry. The final result at Rugby is a fantastic showcase for M&S to demonstrate to future partners and represents the excellent business relationship we have had."

Project Engineering Manager, Britvic
PARTNERSHIP WORKING DELIVERS SUCCESS

Our work at the Rugby facility involves delivering a full range of M&E, refurbishment and construction services across the plant, in areas that include drink production lines, office areas and warehouses.

On all of these projects, our in-house management teams and Key Account Managers have been fully embedded with Britvic’s project teams, ensuring excellent communications across each project. This approach has ensured that we have fully understood the client’s requirements and that management decisions have been taken rapidly and effectively. All works have been programmed on a flexible basis, to ensure the minimisation of any disruptions.

Another key element of our successful approach has been our on-going engagement with Britvic’s direct suppliers and equipment installers. This has ensured that our programme of works has incorporated their requirements at all times.

Throughout our work with Britvic, we have been able to deliver demonstrable cost savings. These have been achieved through the implementation of efficient working practices and partnership working with subcontractors to ensure we deliver best value. Further savings have been delivered through early engagement, innovation and the use of in-house design and M&E expertise.
