Maintenance Framework Agreement

Since 2016, we have provided multi-trade maintenance services for Perth and Kinross Council. This is done under an on-going Framework agreement, which covers jobbing and specialist works across an estate of approximately 1,060 sites that are located throughout the Council’s area. We work in close partnership with the Council’s staff, delivering fast and responsive repair services alongside strategic maintenance that helps reduce costs and ensures the Council can deliver a high quality service to the public.

DELIVERY

To add extra value to our partnership with Perth & Kinross Council we opened an office in Perth. This allows us to deliver fast and effective services and to use more local resources. The sites we work on are all public, non-domestic properties. They include schools, elderly care centres, parks and associated buildings, offices, industrial units, recycling centres, churches, town / village halls, amenity areas and car parks. The works we undertake cover a wide range of building services, including masonry repairs, waterproofing, external works, bituminous paving and surfacing. We also provide roofing, plumbing, heating and ventilation, flooring and painting and decoration services.
