We have a long-standing partnership with the Arnold Clark car dealership network under which we provide a comprehensive range of fitout services to the group. We have worked on a wide range of CAT A projects, ranging in value from £100k to £1M. These include a new-build MOT station in the group’s East Kilbride Renault dealership and showroom refurbishment projects at its Peugeot dealership in Ayr, its Seat dealership in Robroyston and its Renault dealership in Grangemouth.

BRINGING CAR SHOWROOMS UP TO SPEED

Our work has delivered a range of exceptional retail, office and workshop spaces that have improved the image of the group, the work environment for its staff and the sales experience of its customers. The work we undertake is often complex, involving multiple elements. For example, the Ayr project involved the refurbishment of the branch’s existing showroom. This included ceramic floor tiling, electrical works, and full spray decoration to both internal and external screens.

Projects have also involved significant amounts of demolition and construction work. In addition, our teams have had to overcome challenges that are specific to the motor and garage trade. For example, the Grangemouth project involved piling and groundwork, including the removal of old buried petrol tanks, alongside the installation of foundations, steelworks, cladding and curtain walling to form an extension to the branch’s existing showroom.
