Learning Places Scotland have a shared goal to deliver excellence and equity in Scottish Education, providing the optimum learning environments for our children and young people to thrive. Each year they provide the opportunity to come together in order to share ideas, celebrate success and drive the sector forward through a 2-day exhibition showcasing some of the most innovative solutions around, and an awards ceremony celebrating excellence in the sector.

After attending the Awards ceremony last night, we are absolutely delighted to have won the Refurbishment of the Year Award. This is for our work at the Royal College South Laboratory Robotics Hub at The University of Strathclyde where we were commended on our innovative approach, willingness to develop solutions and collaborative working. A big thank you to The University of Strathclyde, Livingston Building Services, Davie+McCulloch, EDC Architects, Whitesales and AS Scaffolding for their huge contribution to the successful delivery of this project which has brought new life and purpose to this listed building.
