Stratford Fitout and Refurbishment

We carried out a full fitout and refurbishment of NFU Mutual’s offices in Stratford. This project included work on open-plan office areas, meeting rooms, a cafe, toilets, breakout areas, corridors, stairs, an entrance hall and a security office. The work delivered a much enhanced working and public environment for the client’s staff and customers – one that reflected the prestige of its brand and business.

DELIVERY

The project was undertaken in several phases to ensure that the full operation of the building could be maintained during the works and that there was minimal disruption to staff and daily business activities. To ensure smooth delivery, our Project Manager met with the client’s team on a regular basis, both prior to the start of the work and throughout the project’s delivery.

The works required a full range of trade services to be provided, from construction, joinery and glazing to flooring, plumbing and decoration. One particularly challenging element of the project was the conversion of a swimming pool into new office space. This involved specialist M&E work that included the installation of ducting, air-conditioning and AV equipment.
