Plumbing Contractors Framework

We are a main contractor on an on-going framework agreement that is run by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, the largest health board in the UK. The organisation provides healthcare to over 1.2 million people and employs around 38,000 staff. Under the framework, we provide a wide range of services which include plumbing, heating and associated electrical works. Our work involves the delivery of both planned and routine maintenance, alongside reactive works and emergency call-outs.

DELIVERY

The majority of the works that we do for the health board is undertaken within operational hospital and health-centre environments. We use our expertise at working in live environments to ensure that any disruption is kept to an absolute minimum and that the highest levels of health and safety are maintained. We comply with all HAI-SCRIBE, D08 and SHTM requirements and have strict working and communication procedures that ensure the safety of our work sites.

Our contract with the health board provides services to over:

• 240 GP surgeries
• 35 hospitals
• 180 optician practices
• 50 health centres
• 300 pharmacies

For all of our emergency services we provide an efficient and fast 24-hour response, 365 days a year.
