Main Contractor Relationship

We act as main contractors on various Bannatynes Health & Leisure Centre refurbishment projects across the UK. In everything we do for the group, we ensure that the end product reflects the extremely high quality that customers expect from the Bannatyne brand. The work involves both construction and refurbishments elements, including the delivery of new buildings and extensions and the remodelling, repurposing and improvement of existing facilities. Completed projects include work on Bannatyne’s Health Club in Chingford, Colchester, Crewe and Shrewsbury.

GIVING BANNATYNES A MAKE OVER

The work on the Bannatyne branch in Chingford gives a flavour of the work we do. This project involved the construction of an extension and remodelling of the existing Club at 2, Morrison Avenue. The works included delivering a new dedicated spa facility, which comprised six treatment rooms, a relaxation room, a reception with waiting area and a nail bar/pedicure area. The extension was designed to permit access from within the existing club through a remodelled doorway.

Most of the work done under our partnership with Bannatynes involves working in a live environment, as the health clubs often remain operational throughout the duration of our projects. This requires our teams to plan the scheduling and delivery of their work carefully, both to avoid any disruptions and to ensure the highest levels of health and safety for club users and staff.
