This project involved the full refurbishment of four floors of offices at the Glasgow headquarters of international premium spirits firm Edrington. We delivered a series of modern, stylish office spaces that have a strong New York Loft style, in line with the client’s brief. The new corporate spaces include executive rooms, a tasting and sampling room and a working bar to showcase Edrington’s portfolio of brands. The project won the 2018 BCO Scottish Regional Award for Innovation.

We designed and sourced many of the elements of the project, including a bespoke entrance to the tasting room that comprised an upward opening ‘garage door’ with glass panels.

We completed this project on time and to budget and the client was delighted with the quality of the work produced, expressing their appreciation to our delivery team at the opening of the new offices. This resulted in our securing further office fit out works for the client.
