Farnborough Refurbishment

The project involved the extensive refurbishment and renovation of 142 bedrooms, corridors and open lobby areas within the Holiday Inn, Farnborough. The project was delivered on target and revolutionised the look of the hotel accommodation and the quality of the experience offered to guests. Each of the new rooms we created boasted fresh modern décor, free high-speed Wi-Fi and LCD TVs.

DELIVERY

The work included all necessary mechanical and electrical installations, along with the provision of high-quality decorative finishes and the installation of new flooring. We also undertook the management of all necessary direct suppliers, ensuring the effective co-ordination of all furniture and fittings.

Extensive pre-planning was required prior to the works commencing to ensure the most effective sequencing of trades and to meet the tight timescales of the project. To ensure that all services were delivered in the most cost-effective and efficient way, our project management team met regularly with the client and suppliers and ensured that there was excellent communication between all stakeholders.
