Framework Agreement

We had a long-standing Framework Agreement with The Co-operative Group. Under this agreement we carried out the refurbishment, fitout and re-branding of their stores ranging in value from £25k to £750k across the UK. Works involved full and partial turnkey roll-outs for shop floor areas from 90m2 to 6000m2 and included the refurbishment of ceilings and wall finishes, joinery and decoration work, the installation of signage, flooring, new lighting and new power supplies for equipment such as cash desks and chillers.

Our work has delivered a range of exceptional retail spaces that have improved the image of the group, the work environment for its staff and the sales experience of its customers. Our core services also included new build acquisitions and refurbishment, full M&E design, petrol filling station acquisitions & works. We are proud that we delivered over 90% of these projects via our in-house delivery teams with a key focus on every project being to ensure customer safety whilst working in live operational stores.
