NG Housing Association Refurbishment and Extension

Acting as main contractor, we completely refurbished the main offices of the North Glasgow Housing Association. The project included the construction of a new single-storey extension that significantly increased the size of the Association’s reception and meeting room areas. The extension was constructed of stone and featured a zinc roof, new glazing and an automatic door entrance.

REMODELLING AND M&E

Extensive remodelling work was done throughout the existing office. We first striped out the existing building. Following this, extensive partitioning work was carried out to form interview and board rooms. New suspended ceilings and floor finishes were installed, as was a bespoke reception desk and feature walls in the office’s reception area. New toilets and a new kitchen area were put in place and solar panels fitted to the office’s roof. Utilities and drainage were connected.

Our in-house M&E team undertook a complete renewal of the existing building’s wiring and services, including its heating system. They also installed all required IT and data cabling and telecommunications equipment.
