Victoria Place Design and Build

We were appointed principle designer on a Category A refurbishment project to upgrade an office that the Medical Protection Society (MPS) Ltd had recently purchased. We provided key design, build services and M&E services for the fast-track project which required the old office to be brought up to the latest office standards. The Medical Protection Society is the world’s leading member-owned, not-for-profit protection organisation for doctors, dentists and healthcare professionals.

DELIVERY

MPS wanted to upgrade its newly purchased office, which had been built in 1998 and which had had various changes made to its interior over time. Working with other contractors, we delivered an upgrade that reflected the high quality of the MPS brand and which gave the company’s staff a workplace that enhanced their working lives and made it easier for them to do their job more efficiently.

Refurbishment works were undertaken to the ground, first and second floor of the property. The works included the creation of a new reception, which featured a high-spec revolving entrance door. We were also involved in the refurbishment of facilities and the installation of new flooring and ceilings, internal partitions and doors and a new lift. Alongside this, our M&E team provided all necessary mechanical and electrical work.
