Did you have any reservations or concerns about joining the industry as a woman? Have these changed?

I looked at this as an opportunity rather than having reservations. My background in marketing and advertising was in the travel and tourism, charity, technology and retail sectors, so this was a completely new challenge in itself and one which I’ve loved.

We need to continue seeing a growth of women working in the industry. Diversity and individuality create a thriving business and one where everybody feels valued.
