Today we’re exceptionally proud to be celebrating our women, not only for International Women’s Day, but for Women in Construction Week. We place the highest priority on equality and continue to champion the role of women in construction, smashing the glass ceiling with a massive 1 in 5 of our workforce being female. Not only that, our continued success at growing the number of women across our group by 10% year on year proves our dedication in creating an inclusive and diverse environment whereby each and every one of our staff members can thrive. Our women work in a variety of roles within Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Human Resources, Finance, IT, HSQE, Business Development, Marketing, Proposals and Administration, and we also have female recruits in apprentice, trainee and graduate positions, as well as on the Board.
